When we think about "Control"  what might first come to mind is controlling others. But as we have discussed repeatedly we can't control others even though we REALLY try to. I think it's beneficial to become self-aware of when we try to control people or situations because it may be that this is illuminating a lack of control we have within ourselves. Let's get into it...
